Target sells many bra labels, so a Hanes, Maidenform or third-party bra can follow a different chart. This page is specifically built from Target’s hosted Auden bra guide.
The Auden source is unusually useful because it publishes four columns together: underbust, full bust, bra size, and bralette/cami size where available. That lets us preserve the source exactly instead of reverse-engineering measurements from a size label.

How Target’s Auden Guide Tells You to Measure
The steps below summarize the dedicated Target-hosted Auden bra guide rather than replacing it with Bra-Calculator.com’s usual sizing method.
With a well-fitting bra on, wrap the tape snugly under the bust and keep it level across the back.
The dedicated bra guide says odd underbust +5 and even underbust +4. Example: 29 → 34 and 30 → 34.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the bust, snug and level. The guide uses bust minus band to identify cup step.

Is there one Target bra size chart for every bra sold at Target?
No. Target is a retailer carrying multiple brands. This page uses Target’s own hosted Auden bra chart; other brands sold at Target can use different sizing systems.
How does Target’s Auden chart calculate band size?
The dedicated Auden bra guide says to measure underbust snug and level, add 5 for an odd underbust and add 4 for an even underbust. The separate “regular” fragment contains a conflicting +6 line, which this page flags openly.
How does Auden calculate cup size?
The Target-hosted guide uses full bust minus band size to identify the cup step. Its worked example shows a 35-inch bust and 32 band producing a 3-inch difference, or C cup.
What measurements correspond to 34D?
The published Auden chart places 34D in the 29–30 inch underbust group with a 38-inch bust measurement and an M bralette/cami mapping.
Does Auden have 32AA?
Yes. The chart includes 32AA for a 27–28 inch underbust group with a 32-inch bust measurement.
How far does the Auden chart extend?
The measurement rows extend through a 48 band, with entries through 48DDD. The chart also publishes G rows through 46G.
What if the bralette/cami column is blank?
That means Target’s published row does not provide an alpha-size mapping there. This page deliberately leaves it blank rather than inventing a conversion.
What does Auden recommend when a band rides up?
The guide says the band is too big and recommends going down a band size while going up a cup size; its example moves 34C to 32D.

The useful thing about Target’s Auden chart is that it publishes the measurements instead of only listing labels. The important limitation is just as clear: Auden sizing is Auden sizing, not a universal Target sizing system. Use the table for Auden, then check the exact brand chart when you shop another label at Target.
